We offer Testing & Diagnostics services in the North West UK.

Here at Furness Fluid Power we have knowledge, expertise and relevant equipment to carry out your testing, diagnostics and calibration requirements.

Breathing Air Testing

Our engineers can conduct tests to measure the level of harmful particles present in a system using our air test kits. Our engineers are all highly experienced and if a problem is highlighted they will recommend a solution.

On Site Oil Analysis

With the help of Oil sampling Kits we have the ability to test the cleanliness of the oil in your system. We will produce a full report with advice on any oil contamination found and suggest measures to resolve and how best to monitor going forward.

Pump and Motor Testing

With our up to date testing equipment we have the capabilities of repairing and testing all brands of pumps and motors.

Calibration

We are able to arrange calibration of gauges and torque wrenches to ensure they are performing correctly and giving accurate readings. Upon completion the relevant certification is supplied.

Pressure Testing

We have facilities for pressure testing of hoses and vessel up to 2000 bar to ensure continued safety of the components. We have a dedicated area in our workshop for this process. Upon completion the relevant certification is supplied.

Relief Valve Testing

We offer a relief valve service to ensure accuracy and safety of the relief valve, the service involves stripping the valve down, cleaning off any residue, reassembly and then calibration of the valve to National standards.
